Like the other partners of the COMP-PASS project, Pistes-Solidaires organized the REAL-E training sessions at local level. They took place during the month of November and were targeting young NEETs, which means young people who are not in employment, education or training.
If the sessions went very well since it helped to work closely with the youngsters, what was unexpected was the final result.
Indeed, each one of the 13 participants could participate in the end in a mobility project abroad. By working on themselves, the young people realized that they could be able to do such a project and that they had resources to do it, which was not in their mind at all at the beginning of the sessions.
Three trainers have been involved in total in the training, which as been really useful to create close links with the participants to support them to talk about themselves.
What to remember about this? A lot of energy for everybody, but a high positive impact!
